Coach Joshua "Jet" Lindsey

Joshua “Jet” Lindsey was born and raised in the San Fernando Valley. He grew up playing in the Shepherd of the Hills basketball program, coached by his father Derrick, who has coached talented young athletes throughout the years, like All-Star guard Gilbert Arenas. When he became too old to participate in the newly established Shepherd Club, he would still participate in practices to learn from the coaching staff. After playing high school basketball for several programs, he turned his sights on coaching. Having not always been the most talented player, he learned the value of outworking those around him and playing the game the right way.

Jet began his coaching career by helping cut and edit films for high school and college basketball programs. He has also served as an assistant for a few AAU programs before joining Shepherd. Jet is currently the head middle school coach at Village Christian School and runs skill camps throughout the year for the elementary school.
