Road Cycling Notes:

  • Time: Current roll time is at 8am sharp from Pillars Cafe
  • Need: Print and sign registration and waiver (here) please bring to first ride
  • Bring:
    1. Helmet (mandatory)
    2. Water
    3. Power Bar
    4. Energy Gels
    5. Extra Tube
    6. Patch Kit
    7. Bike Pump
    8. Friend!
  • Ride Details: Most weeks there will be 3 levels of ride levels:
    • "A" ride: will be 45-65 miles with challenging elevation
    • "B" ride: will be 35-55 miles with some elevation
    • "C" ride: will be entry level 25-35 miles with instructors
